In Q1 2023, the medical app category on Android in Slovakia saw interesting trends among the top five apps, according to Sensor Tower data.

VšZP experienced a peak in weekly downloads at the beginning of January with approximately 6.1K. Throughout the quarter, downloads showed minor fluctuations, ending with around 4K in the last week of March. The app maintained a steady number of weekly active users, starting at 43.6K and reaching a high of 50.8K in early January before gradually declining to 43.7K by the end of March.

Union zdravotná poisťovňa saw its weekly downloads peak at 1.7K in the first week of January, followed by a gradual decline to about 647 by the last week of March.

Mobile JKN had a varied download pattern, peaking at around 1.5K at the end of January. Weekly active users for Mobile JKN started at 984 and peaked at 2.1K at the end of February, before settling down to about 1.2K by the end of March.

SATUSEHAT Mobile had its peak downloads at the end of January with 679 downloads, followed by a decline to just 36 downloads in the last week of March. The app's weekly active users remained steady, starting at 4K and peaking at 4.6K in late February before ending the quarter at 4K.
